Customer support manager helps Poster customers get familiar with the product and all components of the automation system, answers simple and complex questions by phone and in chats, collects feedback. Have experience working in in customer service, call center, sales from 1 year (it is not necessary, but it will be an advantage) You have a great desire to learn and develop quickly. You can explain complex things simply. You have an excellent command of competent oral and written language. Attention to details and deadlines .Available for a 2/2 night shift from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.What you will do:Respond to 40-50 inquiries per shift from Poster customers and assist them with simple and complex questions.Manage and monitor customer questions and inquiries from the beginning to the complete solution. Together with the Customer Support and Customer Success teams, be responsible for ensuring that customers receive the best support and are satisfied with Poster. Constantly study the product and its functions, monitor new features. Notice and collect feedback, frequent problems and bugs , to make the Poster product better together with other teams.
