Customer Phone support manager helps Poster customers get familiar with the product and all components of the automation system, answers simple and complex questions by phone, collects feedback .Our phone support is unique, because you will communicate with owners, administrators and other employees of cafes, bars, restaurants and maintain long-term relationships. Your task is to help with benefit, simplicity and care. This is what we teach and support in our company culture, and our customer satisfaction rate with our support is 97%. Lead and monitor customer questions and requests from the beginning to full resolution. Together with Customer teams Support and Customer Success are responsible for ensuring that customers receive the best support and are satisfied with Poster. Constantly study the product and its features, monitor new features. Notice and collect feedback, frequent problems and bugs to make the Poster product better together with other teams.
