Customer support manager (marketplace) in MAUDAU

Now we are looking for a person who likes communication with sellers, understands e-commerce and marketplaces, works with financial reporting and wants to influence the result. Here you will solve the technical questions of sellers, coordinate the assortment with the content team and maintain quality feedback. 

Proactiveness, systematicity and results orientation are the key qualities for success in this position.

What needs to be done:

• Work with requests from sellers regarding technical issues.

• Lead and monitor defects/process improvement requests.

• Communicate with sellers and provide quality feedback.

• Work with requests to update the assortment and interact with the content team to prepare products for publication.

• Work with financial reporting of sellers, control of mutual settlements.
  
  

What is important to us:

• Experience in communication with clients and the ability to provide clear and high-quality feedback.

• Understanding the principles of marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.

• Analytical skills for working with financial reporting.

• Proactiveness, responsibility and focus on results.

• High level of command of the Ukrainian language, ability to clearly formulate thoughts.

• Basic skills in working with Google Sheets or similar tools.
  
  

Personal qualities:

• Resistance to load and high speeds.

• Systematic, ability to work with details and solve problems at the process level.

• Experience of working in a call center or handling customer/seller inquiries will be +++
