And we are currently looking for an energetic, ambitious and results-oriented Customer Support Manager in the direction ofaccounting automation, electronic document management and M.E.Doc reporting.

Your duties will include:

• Customer support and development , namely: maintenance, sale of additional licenses and services;
• Providing information support to customers;
• Accepting applications from existing customers;
• Conducting work on expanding the company's services , provided to existing customers;
• Introduction of customers into active work with the product after the sale;

You are our candidate if you:

• You have experience in customer support or sales;
• You have a high level of communication skills;
• You know how to conduct a dialogue and listen to the client;
• You are responsible and attentive to your duties;
