Description vacancies:

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized specialist who will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt resolution of their requests. If you have the relevant experience and knowledge, are passionate about this business, this position is for you!

Requirements for the candidate:

• with at least 3 years of experience in the field of warehouse management and customer service;
• high level of 1C, SAP, BAS KUP, MS Office;
• ability to work with large data sets;
• work experience in a similar position will be an advantage;
• analytical thinking, result-oriented, high level of communication and presentation skills;
• excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language and command of English or German at the B1 level;
• availability of positive feedback from previous employers;
• stress resistance and independent resolution of business cases on issues logistics.
