We are actively looking for a candidate for the position of Polish-speaking Customer Support Manager. We provide absolute access to all necessary work resources, dynamic development, personal development and financial independence.

What are we looking for in our ideal candidate :

Polish language skills at B1-C2 level;
With or without professional experience, but with a great willingness to learn.
 We conduct training only for our candidates, which lasts 5 days, which are paid based on the basis;
If you have experience in similar positions - it will be a great advantage;
Responsibility and desire for financial and professional development;
A sense of humor is welcome.

Responsibilities:

High-quality processing of a hot customer base from Poland that is waiting for your call - our customers have been cooperating with us for years;
Help and collecting information about our client;
Customer registration on our website and transfer to another department for processing;
Reporting work performed in the CRM system;
Be active and positive :)
