What skills will you need to get the offer?:☀️ Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming support. ☀️ Experience with CRM Zendesk\livechat☀️ Ability to work with chat and e-mail, focusing on customer needs.☀️ Experience in customer retention and resolution of objections.☀️ Attention to detail, responsibility, punctuality, ability to find an individual approach;☀️ Excellent level of English ( Upper-Intermediate).What will be included in your functional responsibilities?:🧞‍♂️Providing effective support and assistance to sales department employees (VIP Support).💬Working with objections and resolving incoming inquiries via chat and e-mail.💬Communicating with English speakers clients via e-mail and messengers. 🤝 Development and maintenance of long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service. 🤝 Help with solving questions from clients 🔄 Since our support works 24\7 for this position, we have a flexible schedule of 3\2,: First day ( 07:00 - 15:00) Second day (15:00 - 23:00) Third day (23:00 - 07:00) Two days off so you can recharge and enjoy life outside of work.
