We are actively developing and looking for a team: a German-speaking Customer Support Manager who will share our values and be ready to grow and develop together with the company. Duties: 🔹 Communicating with the company's customers in German by phone, as well as online (email, help center),; 🔹Consulting customers about the company's products, their properties, prices and access; 🔹Processing requests in a timely manner and being attentive to each customer; 🔹Interaction with the product team. Setting up the system, integrations, and managing the process of setting up the system for the client. Teaching customers to understand our products to successfully use it. Requirements: 🔸German language - confident written and spoken (minimum B2); 🔸 Ability to analyze and systematize information; in communication; 🔸 Independence, responsibility and creativity in solving tasks.
