Your work will be aimed at solving questions and problems that may arise from our customers and ensuring a high level of user satisfaction. Responsibilities: Interaction with customers via email, chat, phone or other available means of communication. Responding to customer inquiries about products to resolve problem situations with customers; help solve customer issues; provide assistance with the technical and financial part of products in telephone mode; transfer requests to adjacent departments to solve technical and financial difficulties of users, receive feedback for the purpose of further informing users; informing about identified problems or errors on supported sites.Work schedule:Floating work schedule, flexible.5 working days per week.Floating weekends - 2 days per week.Shifts from 10:00 to 19:00 and from 15:00 to 24:00.Requirements: Mandatory knowledge of German and English language C1 (written and spoken); Experience of working in a similar position for at least 1 year will be a plus; High communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers; The ability to quickly learn new information and solve problems; Stress resistance and the ability to work in in high workload conditions; Knowledge of the company's products and services (on-site training will be provided).
