Responsibilities: Interaction with users: provision of qualified consulting assistance on the technical and financial part of products using communication channels: online chat, phone. Interaction with other departments of the company: forwarding requests to solve technical and financial difficulties of users and receiving feedback communication for the purpose of further informing users; informing about identified problems or errors on supported resources.
