Convenient work schedule: 5/2 with a floating weekend, working day between 09:00 and 23:00, in shifts 09:00—18:00/14:00- 23:00 Possibility of working from home. The opportunity to grow and develop in a dynamic company. The opportunity to work in a water office in Ukraine or abroad. Task: Helping passengers book airline tickets (changes to bookings, cancellations). Incoming call line. Advising customers on airline services. Regulating issues related to flight cancellations and delays. Necessary knowledge and skills: Upper-intermediate English level.
