We have been doing this for more than 7 years and one of our projects is the creation of a new unique platform that helps transform the educational process. We have launched a product on the American market, and we are looking for a Support Manager to join our team! The role of the manager is to provide excellent support to users, manage the level of satisfaction and usability of the educational platform. What to do: - Advise users about the product and its use - Collect and analyze feedback from users to improve the future user experience - Solve problems and ensure quality dialogue - Analyze trends, identify frequent problems and propose product improvements - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, including quick response to their requests and resolution of requests within established deadlines - Writing documentation and user guidesIt is important to have: - Knowledge of English from B2 level (conversational) - Good communication skills and problem solving skills - Willingness to learn - Experience in user service - a plus - Willingness to work with people and help them with issues of varying complexity - Responsible attitude to customer requests - Non-conflict, ability to get along with clients and employees, stress resistance.
