Responsibilities: —Handle customer requests inatimely manner, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; —Cultivate long-term relationships; —Working with Google Sheets \ Excel sheets and the company’s CRMsystems; —Capability towork independently and aspart ofateam; —Handle written communication professionally; —Coordinate with the Marketing team toinvestigate and resolve clients’ issues; *Working hours 12:00-19:00 (Warsaw time) Requirements: —Atleast 6months experience inCustomer Support; —Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (minimum accepted level isUpper-Intermediate); —Ability toactively drive problems toresolution; —Resistance tostressful situations with customers; *Experience with the USA market will beahuge plus.
