Customer support manager (E-commerce: Rozetka, Prom) in Stil ta komfort

SV Group - we unite a group of brands and more than 10 successful online stores (electronics, beauty and home goods). We are currently expanding and looking for an energetic customer service person to help our customers get the best service.

What you will be doing:

• Quality communication: advising customers (50/50 - phone calls and correspondence in marketplace chats).
• Working with reputation: monitoring store ratings and responding to customer reviews.
• Operational processes: work in the CRM system, placing orders and supporting the client until the moment of receiving the goods.
• Resolving issues:prompt assistance to customers in any situations and collecting feedback.

You are our ideal candidate if:

1. You have experience in e-commerce from 1 year (required with marketplacesRozetka and Prom).
2. Love to communicate: You have a pleasant voice and competent Ukrainian language (oral and written).
3. Empathetic:You sincerely want to help the client and you know how to solve any question with a smile.
4. Technically prepared:have a laptop, headset and stable Internet.

Working conditions:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
• Shifts: flexible weekend schedule (3-4 hours per day for customer support).
