Customer Support Manager (Dutch) in Ksisters

Ksisters is a chain of online and offline Korean cosmetics stores. We promote K-beauty in Europe and deliver orders throughout the European Union.

Our priority is customer care and providing the best K-beauty cosmetic products.

Due to team expansion, we are looking for a motivated Dutch-speaking manager to work with clients and translations.

We propose to focus on:

• Information support and advice to clients regarding the company's products and their purchase, payment and delivery;
• Processing, classification of customer requests and reviews in messengers, social networks, by mail and on the website;
• Translation, editing and correction of translated texts upon request.

What is important to us:

• Fluency in the Dutch language (oral and written) - level not lower than average;
• Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian;
• Experience in translation / linguistic education;
• Experience in e-commerce or support service;
• Confidence in using a PC (CRM, messengers, e-mail, Google Docs).
