Duties: Answering customer inquiries, providing advice and clarifications on products and services (mainly in the form of correspondence) Interaction with customers by phone, e-mail and online chat Management and resolution of customer requests and problems Cooperation with other departments of the company to solve technical problems and shortcomings Monitoring and analysis of customer feedback for continuous improvement of service Requirements: Preferably from 1 year of work experience as a customer service manager or contact center High culture of communication and the ability to solve various situations with customers Ability to focus on customer needs Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team Confident command of Ukrainian and German languages, both written and spoken (will be an advantage) Work in our company is: Work in a modern company that is developing stably outside of Ukraine.
