SimplyBook.me is one of the top-performing and most popular booking systems in the world today. We are looking for a Customer Support Manager in Lviv or nearby regions or in Limassol, Cyprus for remote/office work.

Requirements:
— experience in customer support is a must (account management, logistics, and other options that require direct communication with clients will be okay as well)
— You live in Lviv, or any location within the western part of Ukraine or on Cyprus, Limmassol.
— At least Upper-intermediate written English, AND French
— Excellent communication skills
— Understanding of basic ethics of communication with clients

Work shift:
— weekdays — 8 hours chats and emails

Will be a plus:
— Technical mindset, knowledge of basic HTML or/and CSS
— Any other languages, especially any European
— Fully paid training period and professional development
— Regular salary review and bonuses for outstanding performance
— Permanent shifts (5 days a week)

Responsibilities:
— Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via email or chat (without support calls)
— Identify the needs of the customer and assist them if requested, be able to provide analysis reports and report product malfunctions
— Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
— Inform customers about new features and functionalities of the product
— If deemed necessary, follow up with customers in order to ensure their needs are met and technical issues are resolved
