No phone calls here!Providing the best customer service;Handling and resolving customer inquiries and providing the most relevant information related to our software;Troubleshooting software issues;Providing prompt feedback on software issues ;Work alongside technical specialists to understand IT business logic;Build and develop customer relationships that will turn customers into ambassadors for our products;Assist with payment inquiries What we expect:English level - above average (B2 and above) with good communication skills;Windows/MacOS maintenance experience;Experience in troubleshooting applications, technical support and multitasking skills;Ability to work day/evening/weekend shifts;Willingness to learn and adapt quickly;High level of customer orientation;Resilience and decision-making ability;Willingness to help and support - we want our team to practice what we preach - to be close to our customers and to each other; Goal-oriented and motivated thinking; Proactivity; Ability to work from the office The position involves a hybrid work model (3 days from the office, 2 days from home); Work schedule: A third of the month - 6:30−15:30 A third of the month 9:00−17:30 A third of the month 13:30−22:00​ While the country is under martial law, it is possible to work Full remote, but we are looking for candidates exclusively from Lviv.
