Customer Support Manager in JetMonsters

Weblium.com — is a SaaS platform, a site builder, on which any user can quickly and easily assemble a beautiful site from the blocks.

Currently we are looking for a Customer Support Manager to join our 24/7 support team and contribute to providing high quality service to current and future users. You will be the first point of contact for anyone who enters the platform and is looking for help building a website.

Responsibilities:

• Support users on their website creation journey through chat and email.
• Proactively offer assistance and upsell services.
• Provide technical assistance with connecting domains, setting up an online store, etc. and resolve any issues the user may have .
• Report bugs to the development team and monitor their correction.
• Write articles for the help center.

Requirements:

< li>Written English - Upper-Intermediate+. You will need to communicate in English in real time without delays.
• Competent Ukrainian language.
• Excellent communication skills: the ability to listen, understand and identify the needs of users, the ability to work with dissatisfied customers.< /li>
• Ability to quickly make independent decisions based on company policies and instructions.
• Multitasking: you will need to work with several chats at the same time and handle each of them with equal efficiency.
