We are looking for a Customer Support Manager to join our dynamic team to provide high quality support to our customers. Your work will be aimed at solving questions and problems that may arise from our customers and ensuring a high level of user satisfaction. Responsibilities: Interaction with customers via e-mail, chat, telephone or other available means of communication. Responding to customer inquiries about products, resolving problematic situations with customers; helping to resolve customer issues, providing assistance with the technical and financial part of products over the phone; forwarding requests to adjacent departments for solving technical and financial difficulties of users, receiving feedback for the purpose of further informing users; informing about identified problems or errors on supported sites. Work schedule: Floating work schedule, variable. 5 working days a week. Floating weekends — 2 days a week. Shifts from 10:00 to 19:00 and from 15:00 to 24:00. Requirements: Mandatory knowledge of German and English C1 (written and spoken); Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year will be a plus; High sociability and the ability to communicate effectively with customers; The ability to quickly learn new information and solve problems; Stress resistance and the ability to work under high workload; Knowledge of the company's products and services (on-site training will be provided). communication, persistence, high level of self-organization; desire to help customers; PC skills at the level of an advanced user; ability to work with large amounts of information; willingness to learn; Knowledge of Zendesk, Magento - will be a plus. Reporting identified problems or errors on supported websites. Work Schedule: Floating, rotational work schedule. 5 working days per week. 2 floating days off per week. Shifts from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Requirements: Proficiency in German and English at level C1 (both written and spoken). A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position will be a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
