Candidate requirements: 1. You have the skills and knowledge of expertise in currency operations, including currency exchange, remittances, and foreign economic operations; 2. Know international standards and procedures related to currency circulation; 3. You know how to analyze financial documents; 4. You have communication skills to interact with other departments and control bodies; 5. Experience in conducting business correspondence; 6. Knowledge of the English language at a basic level (higher will only be an advantage); 7. Financial literacy, analytical skills; 8. Multitasking (ability to work with a large amount of information); 9. Strong communication skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills; 10. Learning ability; Functional: 1. Working with a warm and hot customer base. Maintaining the client base in the CRM system; 2. Maintaining a high level of interaction with customers. Conducting negotiations, sending commercial offers, presentations, signing Contracts. Support of agreements from the moment of conclusion to the fulfillment of all obligations; 3. Work with outgoing payments from customers created in SWIFT systems.
