In the process, you will help them to place an order. You will also arrange perfect customer support. Fully remote.Requirements: A solid knowledge of English is a must. Writing skills is enough! No voice communication in English, but you will need to chat freely.a laptop and a smartphone.be online nearly always at your working timeability to type quickly on a keyboard with 10 fingersbe a responsible person that can control own time and work on tasks remotely without a boss behind.experience with Gmail, Telegram messengerexperience with any CRM will be a plus (but not required, we will teach you)Be a team memberResponsibilities: Leading a person to the purchase and raising the bill in the process of communication. All the clients are initially interested.Handle incoming customer questions about products, delivery terms, tracking of the parcel, handle custom order requests.Move incoming orders from the website to our CRM system.Control in time production and shipment of orders.Communicate with a manufacturer to answer questions of the end customer.Be smart and flexible to find the approach to any client.Learn and improve your skills, help and teach other teammates.Handle disputes and issues on the platform.We have been selling products produced in Ukraine all over the world for more than 5 years.
