Customer-oriented, open-minded. Communicative, responsible, results-oriented. Willing to work at least 140 hours per month. The project works 24/7. In this position, you will be responsible for: Consulting (incoming calls + correspondence ONLY) First contact with customers and supporting customers in searching for information about flight schedules, routes, flight dates and the reservation system. Customer support in the process of filing complaints. Customer support on a daily basis at the stage of their journey. Providing appropriate assistance to people with special needs.
