It is important for me: You can communicate and write in Ukrainian; You have the ability to focus on the needs of customers; You have high communication skills; A confident PC user, knowledge of 1C will be a plus ; You learn new things quickly and are able to work independently; You are responsible and attentive to details. Main tasks: Communicating with clients: answering calls and processing requests; Identifying the motive of clients' appeals; Analyzing the problems that arise from clients and searching for their solutions; Dealing with the settlement of controversial and conflict situations; Dealing with creating shipment requests; communicating with related departments.
