Weprovide exciting career opportunities, asupportive workplace culture, and the chance tocontribute toateam that ismaking atangible impact.Responsibilities:Support mobile apps onApp Store/Google Play: respond toreviews, monitor trends and issues, and gather feature requests.Resolve billing issues (refund requests, declined payments, etc.) and handle disputes inStripe and PayPal.Handle customer complaints and come upwith creative solutions inline with the Gismart’s support policy.Create and maintain alibrary ofsaved responses.Collaborate across teams toreport and resolve issues.Provide occasional phone support with American clients and resolve issues onthe spot.Requirements:Written English— Advanced (C1-C2).
