We would really like to meet you if you: know English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above (our clients are all over the world, so communication is only in English) you feel customer-oriented and ready to help others you are familiar with the basics of working with software and technical support you are able to quickly learn new information and understand technical problems of users you are ready to travel abroad experience will be a plus working with technologies or experience in learning them You will work on: resolving customer inquiries via email, online chat conducting calls to customers (after internship) to resolve inquiries conveying feedback from customers to the development team Your talent to listen to users, read between the lines, identify their problems and the ability to clearly explain and quickly find solutions will be extremely valuable to us.
