Your goal istoensure ahigh level ofcustomer satisfaction and help them with any questions orconcerns. Main responsibilities: Provide high quality customer support through various communication channels (email, phone, chat, social media). Quick and efficient resolution ofcustomer requests and problems. Work with the customer service database: registration, categorization, prioritization. Collaboration with other departments tosolve complex cases. Analyzing customer requests toidentify opportunities toimprove products orservices. Preparing and submitting reports onthe work ofthe support service. Updating and maintaining the knowledge base for customers and the internal team. Candidate requirements: Excellent communication skills, ability toexpress oneself clearly and competently. Experience incustomer service orasimilar position will beanadvantage. High level oforganization, ability tomultitask. Ability tolearn quickly and adapt tochange. PCknowledge atthe level ofaconfident user, experience with CRMsystems. English B2— Must Have!
