Customer support manager in Mindly

Hello 👋 We are looking for a Customer Support Manager. Mindly is a product startup - a marketplace for psychologists and their clients. We strive to make psychology accessible and understandable to everyone. We are the absolute leader in the Ukrainian market, have more than 300,000 customers and continue to actively expand into the US market. Our goal is to help people live a healthy, happy and fulfilling life. Your future tasks: 1. Communication with influencers on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube. 3. Communication with UGC creators.4. Output quality control. About you: 1. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in any of these areas: sales, operations, customer support/success.2. Ability to communicate clearly. 3.
