It will be a plus: English at the B2 level, an idea of ​​what SEO, PPC, web-analytics, IP-telephony, CRM.Soft: Perseverance. Ability to study / self-study. Willingness to help people. If you know more - great, then it will be easier for you. If not - we will teach you and "lead you by the hand". you will be required to: Handle customer inquiries in chat and sometimes on the phone (95% of inquiries in chat). Assist our users in setting up projects. Work with the knowledge base (updating and writing instructions). Work with the CRM system to communicate with other departments of our teams. Fix for the development team the wishes of customers and the bugs encountered by customers. We offer: Payment - rate + monthly bonus. Flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 to 10:00, and finish from 17:00 to 19:00.
