Customer-oriented, open and sociable. Communicative, responsible, result-oriented. Ready to work at least 140 hours per month. ✈️In this position you will be responsible for: Consulting (incoming line calls + correspondence ONLY) First contact with customers and support customers in finding information about flight schedule, route, date of flight and booking system.Supporting customers in the complaint process.Supporting customers at every stage of their journey.Providing appropriate assistance to people with special needs.💰What we offer:Competitive salary: rate + bonuses.
