We are currently looking for a customer service manager who will join the development and ensuring high-quality support for our customers. The main tasks: accepting orders on the website and checking their correctness in 1 second, adding personalization; clarifying the details of the customer's order; answering customers' questions and requests; the ability to consult - find and provide the right information; help customers with the right choice; work with problem customers, feedback; cooperation with different departments: transfer information to production and the logistics department about all freelance situations, also inform the manager (interaction with production and the logistics department, informing about changes made to the order). It is important for us :Competent and fluent in the Ukrainian language; English language level B2 and higher; You see yourself in the field of customer service and maintenance; Positive, attentive and friendly; You learn quickly and multitask.
