What is important to us: You can communicate and write in Ukrainian; You have the ability to focus on customer needs; You have you have high communication skills; you are a confident PC user, knowledge of 1C will be a plus; you learn new things quickly and are able to work independently; you are responsible and attentive to details. Main tasks: Communicating with clients: answering calls and processing requests; To analyze the problems that arise from customers and to search for their solutions; To deal with the settlement of disputed and conflict situations; To deal with the creation of applications for shipment; To communicate with related departments.
