Who we are:

BSG is a global communications platform that helps businesses find their way to the customer’s heart. Different communication channels, two-factor authentication tools and number verification service with the highest security standards.

We are looking for a  Customer Support who will become a part of our team!

What are you going to do:

• Information and technical support of existing and new clients online via Skype, e-mail, telephone (incoming and outgoing calls);

• Work with tickets in the Zendesk system (database of customer requests);

• Development and maintenance of the existing customer base;

• Analysis of the company’s services and products, search and control of problem solving (together with the company’s technical specialists);

• Performing other tasks of the head.

What are we looking for:

• At least B2 English level;

• Higher education (can be incomplete and preferably technical)

• Understanding of the basic principles of the Internet

• Responsibility
