Since January 2021, we have conducted more than 300,000 individual online classes for 10,000+ students in Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Italy and other European countries. The platform works more than 600 teachers and a large team of managers who ensure smooth operations. We conduct about 20,000 individual lessons per month. We are currently expanding our customer service department, so we are looking for a customer support manager. The main functions of a customer support manager are: Communication with parents, students and teachers via chat, email, Viber, Telegram. We use a specialized service to process all incoming requests in a "single window" format. Regular sending of reports to parents about the learning process and the student's success. Collection of feedback from parents. Control of the balance of unused lessons. Selection of a teacher for a student according to the wishes of parents. We offer: Fixed remuneration of UAH 12,000. after the trial period, with the possibility of further promotion. Bonuses for the fulfillment of key metrics. The work schedule is variable. Working hours of the team: 10:00 - 21:00 from Mon. on Friday and 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. A total of 5 working days and 2 weekends per week. Paid internship period for 2 weeks with constant support from a mentor. 100% remote work. What we expect from the candidate: Experience in customer support. Perfect command of the spoken and written Ukrainian language. Polite and friendly communication style. Willingness to help customers, to look for non-standard solutions. Knowledge in the field of customer service and how to work with objections/claims, how to behave in conflict situations. Willingness to learn and develop.
