Customer support manager in ESputnik

We need ambitious and proactive specialists for faster development of our company. We are currently looking for a technical support specialist from Dnipro who will help customers solve automated tasks (integration, scripts) and diagnose problems. KEY DUTIES: help customers solve automated tasks; diagnose customer problems; interact with developers to find the causes of problems and fix them ; optimize processes, help analysts improve the system. REQUIREMENTS: have experience in customer care; the ability to act in the interests of customers in any situation; fluency in the Ukrainian language (written and spoken); English at least at an intermediate level; organization and logic thinking; the desire to always learn and develop. It will be an advantage: a higher technical education.
