We are currently looking for an active person to join the Support department for the position of Customer Support Manager.

Sometimes it will be difficult, sometimes it will be quite fast, because you will have to work with different projects and communicate with a large number of people (both with clients and with colleagues from different departments). But it will definitely be dynamic and interesting, and you will feel how your experience grows not by days, but by hours.

If it is very simple, then our position is a Project Manager of the Support department

What do we expect from you?

• 1 year of experience in a similar or similar position
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Doc
• In-depth knowledge of programming fundamentals, structure of Web and Mobile applications required
• Ability to work on large volumes data and quickly switch between different tasks
• Ease of communication, the ability to accurately and clearly convey your thoughts
