Customer Support Manager in B2B Dynamics

What needs to be done

• Communicate with customers (chat / phone)

• Consult about the company's services or products

• Process appeals and customer requests

• Fix information in the internal system

• Assist customers in solving basic issues

• A person with competent speech and communication skills

• A confident PC user

• Responsible and attentive candidate

• A person who learns quickly and knows how to work with information

Experience will be an advantage, but not mandatory — teach.
