Customer support manager in Matema

Hello!  We are Mathema.me, international an online platform for learning mathematics in a distance format. Since 2021, we have already helped more than 15,000 students in Ukraine and Europe to understand and love mathematics.

And now our team is looking for you - an energetic customer support manager.

What will you do

• Monitor the learning process during cooperation with the client.
• Help with the selection of a teacher for the student in accordance with the wishes of parents and educational needs.
• Communicate with parents, students and teachers on the learning process. Sometimes you also need to talk by phone.

What we expect from you

• Experience in customer support from 1 year - you know how to make the customer happy.
• Fluent command of Ukrainian in written and oral form.
• Competent and fast construction of sentences without losing the quality of correspondence.
• Skillful processing of claims and objections - conflicts do not scare us, but give us the opportunity to become better.
• Politeness and kindness - you easily find a common language with any client.
• Willingness to find solutions - we love those who know how to go beyond the standards.

• Monetary reward - rate 12,000 UAH + bonuses for achieving KPI. It all depends on you.
