Main duties
• Processing customer inquiries via chat, e-mail and other channels
• Advising customers on company services and processes
• Supporting customers and monitoring the fulfillment of their requests
• Interaction with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Fixing inquiries and updates information in internal systems
• Adherence to service standards and response times
• Gathering feedback to improve service quality
Candidate requirements
• Experience in customer support or administration would be an advantage
• Confident use of PC and online services
• Competent written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail, responsibility, organization
• Ability to work with several requests at the same time
• Orientation on results and quality service
