SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with our co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch tech businesses and win in global markets.
Our team is a fast & furious support of 50+ professionals in their field, who live in a dynamic rhythm of work and provide cool customer service that comes from caring for everyone inside the team. We solve "on a turnkey" basis any questions of users and partners regarding the work of sites, close ambitious goals and post memes in corporate chats.
We are currently looking for a Customer Support Manager for one of our businesses.
What do we offer?

What do we expect from you?
— English (B2+): please note that this item is the first on the list, it is very important for us!;
— Experience working with customers: by mail, in chats and/or live;
— Initiative and organization: we encourage talking about problems and proposing ways to solve them. We are able to take responsibility for achievements/facaps and control our working hours on a shift;
— Willingness to learn and develop in the field of IT: most of the team leaders have risen from junior positions.
Knowledge of the following languages will be a great advantage: Chinese (HSK 4)/Spanish (B2)
How exactly does the work go?
— We communicate with users through chats and letters about our sites and services;
— We transfer complex requests to other departments;
— We have a 30-minute break and Slack Huddle for team interaction to stay in good shape;
— We develop professional skills at trainings and lectures for further career advancement.
In addition to businesses, we develop SKELAR foundation - a charitable foundation created by company employees. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance projects that contribute to overcoming the consequences of the war and rebuilding Ukraine.
