What we're looking for:

• If you are fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, and English is your trump card up your sleeve, you are our ideal candidate.
• Ability to organize and structure your work.

• Knowledge of basic computer programs (MS Office).

Your duties:

• Stay in touch with our customers through all possible channels (phone, email, chat) and provide them with information and support.
• Resolve any customer issues quickly and efficient, ensuring a positive experience at every stage.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to help us continuously improve our services.
• Prepare reports on the results of working with customers, so that we can see where to go next.
