Who are we looking for?

A customer support operator who will help our customers feel comfortable and know that their questions will not go unanswered, and their wishes will be taken into account.

What to do:"/ >- advise clients on current issues, promotions, loyalty program through the chat manager;
- keep notes in CRM;
- solve the client's problems if they arise.

What about you:
- attentiveness;
- fluent Ukrainian (grammar, spelling);
- swbold text;
- responsibility;
- stress resistance;
- developed empathy;
- experience in support will be a plus.

Conditions:
- schedule 2-2. shifts of 12 hours from 8 am to 8 pm or night shifts from 8 pm to 8 am;
- hourly payment;
Working in an office, Kyiv;
Onboarding, training and preparation for full team work.
