Customer support manager in E-Tender, TOV

E-Tender is a highly professional IT company in the electronic bidding market. We have created an innovative platform - the official platform for public, commercial purchases and Prozoro tenders.

We invite the Manager customer support for working in the office!

Your main duties will be:

• Consultation of clients on working with the site (site);
• Providing support, providing explanations to incoming requests;
• Entering information into the CRM system.

We expect from you:

• The ability to communicate fluently in the Ukrainian language, have good pronunciation and clear diction;
• The present desire learn and develop;
• Experience in user support will be a plus;

In turn, we guarantee:

• Stable rate of 15,000 + CRI + additional bonuses (earnings from 25,000/month);
• Working in a modern office. Full time, 8-hour working day Mon-Fri; professional and financial growth;
