Providing comprehensive information about products and services, as well as determining the wants and needs of users.
Responsible for creating dynamic conversations that encourage the user to stay with us.
Prompt and high-quality solution to all user requests.
Our ideal candidate has:
From 6 months of work experience in a similar position in iGaming or related niches.
Proficiency in English at the B1-B2 level.
Ability to analyze situations and quickly find solutions to solve customer problems.
High level of responsibility, ability to work at a fast pace.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in morning, day and night shifts.
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or similar will be a plus.
