Looking for a motivated specialist for a position -search for inefficiency and optimization in trading infrastructure and facilitating their solution
-Monitoring of trading infrastructure and informing traders
-conducting and filling the knowledge of knowledge <<<>. and wishes for the development team
What professional skills and experience needed for this position:
-experience in client support (B2C communication, technical support of products)
-Knowledge Management (will be plus)
-knowledge of Atlasesian products (jira, confluence)
-writing user manuals, texts, general messages
-Fundamentals of incident management
- English B2

-ability to learn quickly

Work schedule:
-8 hours working day
