Customer Support (Fluent English) in Pharmbills

Pharmbills is an American-Ukrainian company with its head office in Odesa and branches in Kyiv, Vinnytsia and Bulgaria. We build remote teams for US healthcare companies and help them with finance, primary document processing, document flow, IT support and customer service. The company has 600+ people. Tasks of a Customer Support Specialist: Solve technical problems and customer inquiries Contact customers by phone Process incoming messages from various internal sources (automated task creation systems, e-mails, messengers) Analyze incoming problems and determine the right way to solve them Send tasks, incoming, relevant specialists within their team and other teams Accompany the execution of tasks If necessary, collect additional information for the execution of the task Keep a history of the tasks assigned Keep records in the calendar and time counting system Our requirements for the candidate: General understanding of computer architecture and network technologies Basic knowledge of the Windows server environment Understanding of the technology of providing services through Cloud services Ability to recognize Sources of problems and errors in documentation Fluency in different systems and interfaces at the same time Be attentive to details Have strong organizational skills Able to work in multitasking conditions Oral and written English language skills B2+ We offer: Excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic multinational company.
