Our client - FinTech holding develops products in the field of payment solution.
Looking for an experienced Сustomer Support Agent to join team!
Requirements:
At least 1 years experience as a support agent in an international company (preferably in the FinTech industry: e-wallet, payment system/aggregator);
Excellent written and communication skills;
Computer literacy (Google Docs, Excel);
Desire to help people, solve problems and ability to find an individual approach;
Be a fast learning, system person. Ability to find needed information in a short period of time;
English level - at least Upper intermediate.
Would be a plus:
Experience with payment systems;
Experience with financial fraud activity;
Experience with ticket systems.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for ensuring excellent customer experience by online chat, mail;
Schedule 2/2, 8-hour shifts, there are night shifts;
Troubleshooting customer issues;
Collecting and processing customers feedback;
Close cooperation with other teams;
Delivering product features and updates to customers.

Duties:
Providing an excellent customer experience through online chat, email;
Schedule 2 in 2, 8-hour shifts, including night shifts;
Solving customer problems;
Collection and processing of customer feedback;
Close cooperation with other teams;
Notifying customers about new features and product updates.
