As we are growing rapidly, we are always looking for responsible customer support experts. By joining our team, you will be able to work in the night shift from 00.00-8.00.

You can choose the work pattern yourself (3 work shifts - 2 weekends / 2 shifts - 2 weekends).

What does the team of experts do?

We are developing a platform for consultations in the field of astrology and well-being. Our specialists do socially useful work. People often lack communication, confidence in tomorrow, support and motivation. Every once in a while, they just want to vent and be told everything is going to be okay. We help people from all over the world cope with various life situations with the help of astrology, spiritual practices and coaching tools.

Our consultations help people look at the situation differently, give them space for thoughts Having received insights, a person can find meaning where he did not notice it before. Our consultations add optimism and new meaning to people's lives, because for many people talking is a great way to cope with psycho-emotional stress. In addition, our consultations increase the self-esteem of clients, which has a great impact on their everyday life.

Your tasks:

  • Providing advice to clients website via live chat using tools of astrology, tarot, esotericism, coaching and spiritual practices;
  • Providing responsive and prompt service to meet the needs of our users;
  • Contribute to the achievement of the team and company goals.

About you:

  • You speak Englishin the Ukrainian language at the A2 or B1 level;
  • You are interested in astrology, tarot, esotericism, mindfulness and life coaching, and you also know about them. All this knowledge is used for high-quality communication with our users. If you feel that your knowledge is not enough, we provide training, a knowledge base with described flows for different cases and guides for all tools, and our experts and mentors will advise and accompany you are in the first stages.
  • You have excellent communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence;
  • You are confident in using a PC and computer programs;
  • You can type quickly - 35 words per minute;
  • You show attentiveness, persistence and responsibility at work.

It will be great if you have:

  • Experience of commercial/volunteer work in call centers, psychological support services, social work, in the positions of chat operators;
  • Certificate of life coach/education in the field of psychology;
  • li>Knowledge and/or experience of working with vulnerable people in need of support;
  • Confidence, enthusiasm and ability to manage workload;
  • Willingness to develop your knowledge and skills.
