Customer Support Engineer in Materialise

What you will doProvide operational and administrative support to our OEM partners regarding the processing of clinical casesHandle the flow of incoming cases and follow up on the timing and on-time delivery of casesIndependently handle all external and internal requests regarding clinical cases for a diverse group of products and partners dailyManage the flow of incoming cases and start operational processingReceive incoming images for new cases and get them ready for processing; follow up with partners on rejected imagesFollow up on case processing, assuring all cases are processed, produced, and shipped to the customer within the agreed timelines; reach out to stakeholders in case of delays or issues with the flow and intervene when timings need to be changedProvide information to partners and customers regarding the case management flow and process within an acceptable time frame for business relationsDetect and escalate recurring problems on the operational sidePrepare regular reports regarding processed cases for invoicing and reportingParticipate in the integration of CuSe operations for new partners and/or productsYour profileYou have experience working with external customersYou have a bachelor's degree (bio-science or medical-related education)You have excellent communication and problem-solving skillsYou have perfect communication skills (writing and speaking) in EnglishYou are willing to learn about software and technical termsYou are well-organized, team-oriented, and stress-resistant.Location and type of contractKyiv, UkraineFull-timeHybridEntry level Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Базовий рівень Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Посадові обов’язки Інформаційні технології Галузі Розробка програмного забезпечення і Послуги друку
