ABOUT THE ROLE: We are attracting more and more customers, so we need to strengthen our Customer Experience team with customer support engineers. We work with clients from all over the world (Ukraine, Europe, Latin America, USA, Kazakhstan) and communicate with them in different languages. To be successful in this role, you must be interested in solving customer queries. And we will help you with integration into our team and work process. We also have several positions with different work schedules: 23:00-07:00; 15:00-23:00. We are looking for candidates who are ready to work completely remotely, although if you are based in Kyiv, you can come to the office if you wish. DUTIES: initial installation of software and its components for new customers (remote); ensuring initial commissioning of the system for new customers; provision of accurate, reliable and complete information to the customer about the product using technical methods/tools; solving technical issues that arise during the installation and use of the system; providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in case of doubts of the customer. REQUIREMENTS: languages: Ukrainian - fluent; English - advanced level; good communication skills and the ability to explain complex things; customer orientation; the desire to learn, ask and develop; the ability to analyze and process information; knowledge of Windows functionality and the principles of computer equipment (computer networks, basic system administration, working with the command line) will be a plus.
